Additionally he served as a Client Advisor with Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company. His primary role is to coach and enable business leaders and CIOs to become true change agents within their enterprise by spearheading effective Corporate & IT strategies to drive sustained growth. During his previous role as a Relationship Manager with Linkedin, the world’s largest professional social network, he advised great companies to hire great people. He inspired organizations to redefine the way they attract and hire top talent. Edwin is proud to play an active role in creating opportunities that help professionals & companies achieve more.
Before joining Linkedin, Edwin enjoyed a successful 7-year career with TEKsystems, the largest privately-owned IT Staffing provider in North America. His tenure at TEKsystems spaned from Recruitment/Career Advisor, Account Management, Operations, to being a leader of an Employer Resource Group (ERG). Edwin led the Northeast Regional Multi-Cultural ERG implementing and executing the organization’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Edwin is passionate about technology education, professional development, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. He shares this passion as a Mentor while serving on the Young Executive Board for iMentor where he coaches college-bound high school students. He also serves on the board of The Haitian Round Table & Young Leaders Board for the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights group.
Edwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saint John’s University and an MBA in Management from Molloy College.
Though himself a native New Yorker, Edwin’s parents hail from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Edwin on Coaching
I’ve been fortunate to have received some form of coaching most of my life.
In the beginning, most of that coaching came from my parents who originally hail from Haiti and family members. As I moved into my adolescent years, the next level of development I received came from my athletic, academic, and religious engagements.
Upon beginning my corporate career with one of the largest banks in New York City, I was able to seek leaders and mentors who were willing to share their insights and provide me with executive-level coaching.
The guidance I received has led me from working for one of the largest financial institutions in the country, to the largest privately-owned IT staffing company in North America to currently the leading professional network site in the world!
Believe me, this journey includes a fair share of trials and tribulations, roadblocks, bouts of imposter syndrome, and ultimately personal and professional transformation.
The power of building authentic relationships (not simply networking), a growth mindset, and stepping out of my comfort zone has been pivotal to my success in my corporate journey.
As I reflect on the major influencers in my life, they held wisdom that had been passed on to them, which they then passed on to me in which I will pass down to you!

Coaching is a proven way to help an individual to clearly see their potential and possibility by providing them access to their WHY and breaking through limiting beliefs.
Coaching is about creating a new possibility in your life. I customize my practice to meet my clients where they are in their corporate journey.
Ultimately, you are the author of your career. The journey is yours. My intention as a coach is to be your guide along the way. Coaching is one tool to help you get there.
Coaching is a process of discovery, goal setting, and accountability. At a high level, it is about exploring and learning about yourself to create different results and outcomes in all areas of your life. It’s about forward-movement, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and the world, being more intentional, making purposeful choices, and getting where you want to go.
The three main areas to accomplishing this are:
1) Discovering the beliefs, roadblocks, and stories that hold you back
2) Identifying your unique WHY
3) Creating an action plan by setting goals and being held accountable in reaching them
As a coach, I create a safe space for my clients to explore what matters to them most, what's getting in their way of achieving those goals, and what steps to take in order to get there.
